How to Sign Up for an Open Gym

  1. Download the Reclub app and create your personal account

  1. Join the club: Austin Open Gyms Hosted by The Vex

  2. Request to join the specific event (e.g. VOLLEYWORLD: Qilin (B/BB) Thursday Men’s Net Volleyball)

  3. Copy Payment Note under the Payment Tab on Reclub

  4. Make your payment as an individual or a team

  5. Wait for host confirmation—you’ll be notified via Reclub and email once your spot is secured
