1. Sign-up via Reclub, under the Vex Volleyball Club in ATX

2. Make sure your roster is completed on Reclub

3. Pay the team dues

4. Be on the look-out on Reclub and IG for any updates

We will be moving towards Google Form for tournament registration.

1. Sign up on the Google Form tor any tourney entries and select the right division/type

2. You may still sign up and pay to reserve a team spot before your roster is completed. The Google Form response can be edited after submission using the same email login.

3. We will share any updates/announcements over email and IG.

Pool Play

• Timed: 45 minute matches (include 5 minute shared warm-up)

• Each Match consist of 2 sets

• Each set to 25, start at 4,

  • Deuces is win by 2 but cap at 27

• If there is a tie after match end time, 1 more point will be played to determine the set winner

• Each team has two 30-second time-outs per set.

Tournament Play (Playoffs)

• Single Elimination

• Timed: 60 minute matches (include 5 minute shared warm-up)

• Each match is best 2 out of 3

• First two set to 25, start at 4,

  • Deuces is win by 2 but cap at 27

• 3rd set to 15 points, start at 0. Winner determined by team with more points at the end of 60 minute or to 15 points

  • Deuces is win by 2 but cap at 17

• Each team has two 30-second time-outs per set
