We will be moving towards Google Form for tournament registration.

1. Sign up on the Google Form tor any tourney entries and select the right division/type

2. You may still sign up and pay to reserve a team spot before your roster is completed. The Google Form response can be edited after submission using the same email login.

3. We will share any updates/announcements over email and IG.

Pool Play

• Timed: 45 minute matches (include 5 minute shared warm-up)

• Each Match consist of 2 sets

• Each set to 25, start at 4,

  • Deuces is win by 2 but cap at 27

• If there is a tie after match end time, 1 more point will be played to determine the set winner

• Each team has two 30-second time-outs per set.

Tournament Play (Playoffs)

• Single Elimination

• Timed: 60 minute matches (include 5 minute shared warm-up)

• Each match is best 2 out of 3

• First two set to 25, start at 4,

  • Deuces is win by 2 but cap at 27

• 3rd set to 15 points, start at 0. Winner determined by team with more points at the end of 60 minute or to 15 points

  • Deuces is win by 2 but cap at 17

• Each team has two 30-second time-outs per set

We will follow NAGVA’s rating system for our divisions. If you are unrated, you’d be rated the day of the event.

You may request a downrate prior to the tournament due to a major medical injury or playing a completely different position.

For Koi, BB players can count as 2 B players.

For Qilin, A players can can count as 2 BB players.

Tournament registrations are generally non-refundable. If a team withdraws and the spot can be filled, a refund or event credit may be issued at Vex Volleyball's discretion. Team transfers are permitted with organizer approval.
